Instructions to schedule your conference(s)

  1. You will need to individually select each teacher from this list.

  2. Conference times are for 10-15 minutes. 

  3. Click on: Sign Up (green bar) for the time you want on.

  4. At bottom of page click on: Submit and Sign Up (orange box)

  5. Type in your child’s name in the Comment Box

  6. Complete the parent information section (Name, email, phone)

  7. Select in-person, phone, or Google Meet (virtual).

  8. Complete by clicking on: Sign Up Now

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your selection.

  • If your conference is not in-person, the teacher will call you on the date/time of your conference or send you a Google Meet invitation in advance.

  • You will need to keep track of the dates/times you picked to conference with teachers so you don’t sign up for multiple teachers on the same date/time.

  • If additional time is needed, please make arrangements with the teacher.
