Athlete of the Week

The 6th grade class traveled to Sugar Creek to attend the Youth Conservation Days. While there, we learned about Birds of Prey, Soil, Forestry, Fish Shocking, Geology, and Farming. The students were able to hold some feathers, gather some rocks, and help measure some trees, just to name a few activities they participated in. Overall, the students enjoyed their time in the outdoors and learning about our environment.

Each week, one middle school or high school athlete will be recognized for their hard work, dedication, and contributions to their team. 🏅 💡 How does it work? Athletes are nominated by their coaches, who see firsthand the effort, attitude, and leadership these students bring to their sport.
