Congratulations to Brielle (K-2nd) and Addy (3rd - 5th) for winning 1st place in their age categories at the Driftless Art Festival! Each girl received a cash prize and the festival is donating $1,000 to the Stoddard Elementary art program. There were 10 area schools competing, hundreds of pieces and very high quality, creative work!

Prairie View won a blue ribbon at the Vernon County Fair. The theme was Sew It, Grow it and Show It. In art class kindergarten through 5th grade each created a section of the display. 5th grade made the large banners, 4th grade collaboratively made the animals and paper quilting , 3rd grade made corn, 2nd grade made  fabric quilting squares, 1st grade made pumpkins and kindergarten made sunflowers. Thank you to Mrs. Stenslien, Mrs. Hershberger & Mrs. Ghelf for assembling the booth at the fair!
