Today three 5th grade students performed in the gym in front of the student body and a panel of esteemed judges. The students were competing for a spot in the Mississippi Valley Gifted and Talented Network's Performing Arts Festival which will be held in Hillsboro next week. Abrielle sang a Billy Elish song. Ella sang a Pink song. Oliver played the Star Spangled Banner on the piano. All of the performances were top notch and competition was fierce. Oliver was announced the winner and will be performing again next week.
