A group of 4th graders from both Prairie View and Stoddard recently had the opportunity to travel to Sparta for a STEM gifted and talented event. Hosted by the Mississippi Valley Gifted and Talented Network, Legopalooza featured a guest speaker as well as hands-on learning challenges that involved building with legos. The theme was "Disaster Island". Our students had the opportunity to work with students from 13 other area schools during this learning activity.
